Extrusion plant die requires high accuracy and precision to deliver the qualitative output. We manufacture mainly two types of extrusion plant die for HDPE and RPVC. Each die is made with state-of-the-art machine tools to ensure that you get the best quality pipe. With our team of experts we take care of each dimension tolerance with efficient quality control in each production step.
Single Barrel
For each type of single extrusion screw you can get the single extrusion barrel with higher hardness, strong wear resistant and corrosion resistant. We also provide custom design suitable to your extrusion screw.
We manufacture the single barrel with internal diameter (ID) ranging from 20mm to 180mm and length up to 6000mm.
Warranty: We give warranty of 1 to 1.5 year in our Single Barrel
Material: EN41B MUSCO procured from authorized dealer
Nittriding Hardness: 66 to 68 HRC
For better performance, Single Barrel is assembled with Groove Feed made from high quality materials like D2/EN41B.

Twin Barrel
We manufacture all types of twin barrel with great durability, greater hardness and corrosion resistant to accommodate the twin screw in extruder. We also provide custom design suitable to your twin screw.
We manufacture twin barrel ranging from id 52mm to 110mm and output capacity ranging from 110 to 900 kg/hr.

Sleeve Fitted Front Barrel
Each Twin Barrel is fitted with Sleeve Fitted Front Barrel to increase the life of Screw Barrel. In Screws, the Metering section goes under heavy wear. The Screws are protected with Bimetallic coating and in order to protect the Barrel, It is fitted with a Front Barrel with HSS M2 Grade sleeve in it.
